Mini MCF is a system for temporary storage at ward level for the waste collected from
households and commercial establishments by Harita Karma Senas. The collected materials
are transported from Mini MCF to the nearest Material Collection Facility (MCF). In order to
ensure proper functioning of the Mini-MCFs, it is important to take note of the various
stakeholders who are in operation and maintenance.
